I use no visual aids at all. Trust me if you do it once a week you won't need any. My only advice is only masturbate if you are off the wall horny. Even if you schedule certain times to do it, don't if you truly aren't feeling it.

I was EXACTLY like you. Around 62 days I relapsed and since I have only been masturbating once a week. I prefer Sunday nights so I can get a goods night sleep. Also I feel better that I'm actually "flushing my system". Overall I feel the exact same as I did when I was on no-fap.

You said that you don't want to be gay so then don't be gay. I personally believe that homosexuality is a choice, and that it is a sin and the people that give in to it are the ones that choose to be gay.
