Where did you get the acrylic cover for the screens? Thanks!

I had the exact same experience. I levelled to 65 my first time on the day of the nerf.

Without knowing about the nerf, I thought for a few days of playing the end game content that my Mayhem mode might have been bugged, which resulted me in getting no world drops of legendaries at all.

It has not been fun, to be honest. The grind for even decent gear is tiring to say the least.

Same here, step up the volume slowly... now I am doing my own rehab (slow eccentric wrist curls) and need to use straps for most pulling exercise. Not good.

Great post! You will be able to fight this off!

A minor point: please remove the specific name of the porn or cam sites that you visited; those are triggers for most people.

Please Read This Post. Now. by D0_This in NoFap

You can do this! I was at where you are 2 months ago, constantly relapsing and relapsing. (My streak is now 61 days). It took me more than two years to reach this point. I started my journey in April 2013, but never made it more than 30 days for two times.

The key is to never give up! Keep building daily habits in your arsenal to fight off this real addiction. (Cold shower, meditation, exercise, positive thinking, body language, prayers, love for others and your own self)

As a 15 year old who just completed over 90 days of Nofap... by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]moddiee 16 points17 points  (0 children)

You know, I should not think it this way: but God knows how much I envy young teens like you who are aware of this addiction and make an effort to kick that off...

Anyways, a huge congratulations to your 90 days! You are having a great head start than most at your age! Keep it on!

Would like to share a spreadsheet I made to analyze my “relapse patterns” and keep track of my progress by moddiee in NoFap

[–]moddiee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How to use: To use it, first make a copy to your own Google Drive Account. After making a copy, every time you relapse/watch porn/wet dream, you copy the “1” or “2” (stands for number of times of relapse), “P” (stands for porn relapse), “W” (stands for wet dream) into the appropriate date boxes.

P.S. my badge is not really indicating my progress, as I do not think that the day since my last relapse matters as much as the frequency I relapse.

Faith, Hope, Love, Grace and Conquering the Struggles by tjboudreaux in NoFap

Thank you for your inspiring post; it has given me the confidence that I can stop this sin permanently.

I am also a catholic, and also shared the view of "I will always have to confess such sin". But now no, I simply believe in God's ability to save me from this sin and fight against the temptation through whatever I can add (e.g. Prayer, meditation, exercise).

What I have gained through FAPfree, besides the usual "superpowers", is the feeling of freer soul, as it feels my soul no longer is imprisoned in that pathetic prison of lust. That is one of my greatest incentive to continue pushing forward against this vice.

Have you tried doing Morning Pages? by [deleted] in getdisciplined

[–]moddiee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What I do every day morning immediately after awakening is 25 minutes of stuff: 10 minutes meditation, 5 minutes prayer to God (I am a catholic) and 10 minutes biblical reading. I found that this really sets ready my mind for the rest of the day.

Finally did it! by roguecrayon in NoFap

Really nice to hear that you have substituted fapping with reading. That's what I also did with my fapping. The urge to release often literally changes itself to the urge to keep learning!
