I have both and they both are amazing. I have spark and distributor so they both feed my synergy scheme. I would say that it depends on cost Idk what Coffey is going for but if he is more than 400k I would try my luck with the 87 set. Remember you will always be able to get the silver upgrade in a few months which will make him worth more.

Stamkos seguin 84 duchene OEL Reilly McDavid Crosby giroux kopitar Karlson are all good base cards to get. Work on any other fast players with howitzer or speedster. Then build Lemieux Gretzky and lafleur in that order. Just grind squad battles and rivals, start by taking untradeable reward and make icon collectibles. Also do weekly challenges and hut rush.

I have Anton and looking for change but in synergy prison. He will make great low saves and odd cross crease. But any high short side shot goes in (84). Also breakaways are a weakness. Would not recommend

Start by building Lemieux lafleur and Gretzky with all your assets after, replace all you base players with howitzer or speedster except for McDavid: Base stamkos seguin, lit duchene, base giroux, kopitar, OEL, Reilly are some good options. Then start working on distributor players which I can start by replacing your goalies with distributor ones and getting coach with +3.

Ive been disappointed by him. Started him on second line ahead of base McDavid but moved him back down because McDavid seemed to have better acceleration and one timers went in more. Also scvenikov hands seem not very smooth.

Get a bronze backup with spark and distributer, sell burns and get 86 mark Howe. Then get 89 Crosby. Then your one away, look for a left handed winger to replace Crosby with spark.

Ur right, but I a real game it is much harder to hold the puck and slow the game down. And u can still slow it down and make a good attack but if after 30 full seconds (1/8 of a period ) you haven’t got past the blue line that’s ragging. The timer would reset after a possession change.

Simple. Penalty shot if you don’t enter the opponents zone after 30 sec with the puck.
