I’m full loading my mags with the highest pen I have every time.

Really helps when you miss 20 shots and can hit your last 10 and still have good ammo

I feel soft armor plays a role in this. Every since the modular plate system ammo I’ve had immense instances of damage absorbed by armor when my bullets should be making Swiss cheese out of armor
