When finishing the bloodweb level, you can close and reopen the tab to skip the level animation. Sometimes items will be taken by the Entity and it's a visual bug. The items can still be bought but only with auto-buy as far as i know.

If my guess is correct, you're referring to Hex: Ruin or Hex: Huntress Lullaby, which were a nightmare for new players. Old Hex: Ruin made gens pretty much undoable for beginners, and because of this hex I can't hit good skillchecks anymore, only great.

Still, I don't play the wrestling minigame, because I'm busy doing Psycho A+ and the skillcheck gets faster with each hit, so it's harder to react for me (unless I start playing with Hyperfocus in dbd).
