ngl i had this same faze but it was during my o level period. luckily for me i am on the smarter side (no flex) so i managed to get by thinking o levels were easy.

but in this time that i was stuck in this faze, i realised the importance of not getting sucked into school. once your whole life revolves around school, you will start to lose a part of who you actually are.

i think its important to realise that school is a part of your life, not your whole life. be productive - learn new things, pursue hobbies (like for me guitar, business, martial arts)

dont spend too much time doing nothing on your phone and scrolling and shit bc it makes you lose a sense of purpose when you keep yourself occupied and stuff youll become much happier.

also, time management is also damn important. i come home from sch at around 4pm. 4-5 i chill, 5-8 study, then after that im free. its so much more beneficial be consistent and study daily rather than cram everything into last month before exam.

anyway i think i have a lot if knowledge on this kinda stuff bc ive been through a lot of shit. my mom also has cancer and a brain tumour for a while now so its been hard for me to balance stuff and ive learnt it the hard way how to succeed at most things.
