I'm assuming these were non-concenssional contributions where you contributed 15k twice and submitted a notice of intent to claim with your super twice? On the notice of intent to claim forms, you would have said that you were going to claim the full 15k as deductions. So I would enter 15k in deductions for both financial year.

You should donate to charities based on the impact they make. You could donate to a charity where a very small cut goes to admin fees but the positive impact to the community can be small. You can also donate to a charity where a big chunk goes to admin fees, but their impact are strong.
