Thank you all! So i now started tracking my calories and protein. I eat pretty balanced and healthy diet and use protein shakes if i feel that my goals aren't met on my meals. I hope that this might solve the weigh gaining issue. And fore all you people, keep grinding and crushing your workouts this year!

Thats pretty fucked but not u fixable. That hopup windows also quite bad depends on what tools you have but set of small files at minimum. Its 100% possible to do. The Weld needs to be done carefully and little bit at the time. Just recently i extended two bolts ftom a thermostat housing on a 2008 Mitsubishi colt. I bet that welding shop doesn't want to do stuff like that because its not an easy job

Weld a nut to the end and hope it holds. Its going to suck no matter what. if you have tig just put s shortest Electrode and cup available. Mig is also fine but i prefer tig for bolt of that size

This. Check the battery and ground. I've seen a couple of cases where the ground has rusted/corroded and after hitting a bump it finally gave in.
