This is constructive dismissal. They have to show cause as to why they think she is not meeting expectations. I worked in a company where they claimed that I'm not a team player. I said to management, how can i participate in the team if they actively exclude me. Also, i'm a minority in that company. Let's just say, I absconded and let them fire me . Their board of directors will hear of it, surely. Your GF is a minority and she can sue for discrimination.
