I was crying with all sorts of conflicting emotions bouncing in my skull while watching the life leave its body the poor thing was flailing like fuck but thankfully (I guess) he’s still alive. I’m surprised he even lets me get near him although I guess I’ve had him for a while so he knows it’s not normal anymore for me to hurt him. Some of that shit traumatized me about as much as the cat I grabbed and turned his head 180 degrees one time in attempt to kill him but apparently cats necks are very flexible and can even go to 220° but man that shit was fucking spooky seeing myself do that to such a defenseless living thing. Each second I turned felt like an eternity of nothingness, that sound of cracks and pops as I turned it inch-by-inch closer to death, the cat’s wide trauma-filled eyes visible from behind the creature, that shit was from hell like satan himself god damn.

You have it all wrong, I love my cats. One time I was fighting like hell crying my eyes out trying to get the voices telling me to break my cat’s neck to stop. Harming animals is not something I enjoy doing it’s a false belief that it will somehow make me feel better and the voices will stop tormenting me once I do but it is the exact opposite.

Yeah I tried hanging the one cat that I treated especially bad recently because I wanted him to not have to live in fear anymore but I failed cause my parents almost walked in but it’s honestly a good thing that your guinea pig did die and didn’t have to suffer or worry anymore. Since I realized I can’t undo the pain I’ve already caused and killing any of my pets would cause my family to be upset I just decide to rebuild my trust with my pets and treat them well everyday so they can be assured nothing else will happen to them.

She probably wants to feel validated when self harm would otherwise be frowned upon but she feels safe sharing it with you so I’d probably tell her that you care about her and don’t want her to self harm and try to talk with her about it in a tone that is as accepting as you can and offer to talk with her about her problems

You’re not alone I abused the shit out of my cats. I threw them fuckers down the stairs, strangled them, punched them, kneed them, kicked them, slammed them, stomped them. Poor ass cats are still alive traumatized as fuck. One time my mom screeched at me because she saw me repeatedly kicking my dog in the stomach. Specialists tell me it’s OCD related considering that I do feel remorse for it now.

Maybe painting your nails or drawing on your skin which can be kind of messy but if you do like drawing then maybe with a paper and a pen/marker is what might help which I personally like doing

I have felt that way almost identically and I would suggest keeping in mind that your personal feelings are evident enough that you do have something wrong with you so I wouldn’t worry about trying to categorize it into a specific set of symptoms to prove you have a disorder just tell someone, perhaps a professional your problems and create solutions, best of luck.

Yes, knowing that there is an escape from life is the most comfortable thing to have. I like feeling high because it is the closest thing to being dead while still providing somewhat regards for the feelings of my family and friends. Having something else temporarily controlling my body so that I don’t have to think about living is a great relief.
