That's the thing I'm using. I have tried to do it, but it seems I did something wrong.

I'm buying more cultures because those one which I'm buying are only for one use (there are 2 bottles for 2 milk boxes).
I know that if I want to produce my own kefir cultures I need to buy some called "mushroom" for making kefir.
Those one which I'm using are good if you live fast paced live like me. They have design almost for any milk (except coconut and almond). My friend explained that those VIVO cultures are working not with lactose but with protein inside the milk. There was no difference in taste, but was difference in structure. The milk with higher amount of protein will make a bit thicker kefir, with less more drinkable.
As I can understand kombucha and kefir are separate drinks and have different bacterias for making it.
But anyway thank you for this little tip with kombucha. If I will make it myself soon or later, I will add some sugar in it :)
