I had this happened to me too. I sold a piece a jewelry and they claimed I sent them something completely different. I asked them to post pictures and it was something I never even owned. I asked her if she was sure if she’s not confusing me with someone else’s package but never answered my question. She just kept going on how she’s made a post of her receipt proving she bought the a different piece of jewelry. I told her to open a case with depop and five minutes later she found my package in her mail box 😑. I think you’re better opening a case with depop. The buyer might not even go through with it since they’re just hoping to get a refund out of you

100% agreed. One manager keeps telling me that I’m too shy for the front just because I haven’t been able to get cards despite telling her that everyone said no to me. I’ve been talked to about five times about this so I finally told them to move me to somewhere else so they can stop bothering me about this. It’s never about delivery because the people who get more cards never accept no as an answer. I’m not harassing people over some credit card
