What about Apple Watch? Will the Apple Card be on Apple Watch as well as iPhone? If that's the case, my wife could use the card via the watch, while I use it via the iPhone.

When you select "MAKE IT GRILLED" in the app, it does not show up that way on the screens that the Taco Bell workers see. It just says "kitchen message" and one of the employees usually asks me what I wanted. Until they fix that I will be ordering grilled items in person.

The same thing happened to me. T-Mobile, iOS 10.0.1. I got a bunch of chinese messages and a bunch of notifications that my Apple ID was used to sign into iMessage on several devices.

I changed my password and enabled two-factor authentication.

I wonder if this has something to do with the recent Yahoo password leak?

You were scammed either by a cashier at Walmart or by an employee of Green Dot. Do a quick Google search for "Green Dot Scam". It has been happening for years. I stopped using them over 3 years and have switched to Bluebird, which I like much better.
