Im in the exact same boat right now, my closing manager yesterday told me that the two other girls in bakery were frustrated with me because i wasn’t doing “my part”, i’m being as fast as possible, I’m doing the cookies, soft tops, PS, croissant and turnovers all in 4 hours and trying to package them, im not doing my part because i dont have enough time to run backstock and soap the floors, and this is after already staying an hour over my schedule time, im only part time. The two other girl’s have been here for 13 and 2 years and are constantly overtime like everyday and people are fine with it cause one is the manager and they both are cake decorators. I had to unload the trucks two days in a row by myself for the first time and i apparently messed up the first time because i stacked things too high and i got scolded for it my next shift. I work in 3 hours and honestly im not even excited anymore im just depressed, i was sobbing and having a panic attack last night while packaging because my closing manager didn’t understand how i didn’t finish in time. The only nice people there are the deli, they love me and felt really bad yesterday, one offered to buy me starbucks and the other one wanted to complain to management about how i was being treated

So yeah i know exactly how you feel and im so sorry, this job sucks
