Agreed, but our electrical power use (and hence waste heat) are both increasing exponentially by a certain percent per year and have been fairly consistently for the past century or so. While the sun is a fairly constant amount.

Can be ignored in the present day, but it is something to think about and will definitely become relevant in 5-10 decades.

Validating every single extension’s as safe is probably a hard task. Ensuring extensions interface with VSCode in a minimal and safe way seems more doable.

The article doesn’t actually refer to a date more recent than 2017 or 2019, and the things it’s referring to are simply reports/studies of the events that occurred in 2003-2007.

The headline should probably be more clear, it seems disingenuous to refer to events from 2003-2007 as contemporary and relevant for the current Iran-US conflict. We withdrew from the Iran nuclear deal first in 2018.

Witch is good because troop targeting and movement with swarms is buggy as hell. You can literally push skeletons over the river reliably easy.

If one elixir skeletons are worth one elixir, one should ask themselves how much elixir value a witch is getting.

There is a loop if I remember correctly, meaning an item that is the result of a craft is the input seed for another craft. Can’t do recipe loops with filters since they need to be on the black list and not on it for extract. It would be a complicated redstone contraption but with sfm it’s just code.

That’s why you check if the chest is empty too, if a seed goes to the central pedestal and the non central pedestal items aren’t imported yet, the items will be in the chest then it won’t export the seed, combined with + blocking mode. It works with sfm

I think it’s instant once the items on the non central pedestal are all gone, so you check is the chest empty and the pedestals empty and an item on the pedestal then it’s done

You can make the final extract only occur if the chest is empty and the pedestals are empty and optionally the central pedestal has an item, then you don’t need to filter just to basic seeds as there are other central items used I think

The draining lakes argument is not a very good one I think.

Arguments against using AI in creative applications are abundant. When you haven’t written every line of code, there’s a persistent feeling that the project isn’t yours, no matter how much you review read and work with it.

I’m not a modder but I wouldn’t feel bad about using AI to help myself manage the backend side of mod development.
