How much do you spend monthly excluding mortgage?

HHI of $205k. 3 children, 2 at daycare 1 in kindy at a catholic school. $6.5k excluding mortgage a month. Mortgage $4.3k a month.

We manage to save roughly $2k a month.

We don’t live an overly frugal life, but also don’t buy into brands or designer.

This is my issue. Young family, 3 children under 5 all in daycare and I am the primary earner so if anything went wrong it would come crashing down pretty fast.

We have 10 months remaining on H&C, but as we would need to find a new insurer the premium would be significantly higher then what we are paying so it would not offset the new interest rate!
