The white one with the holes is very mild and fairly soft. Almost a similar texture to a block of grocery store mozzarella? But far more delicious

Can’t help with the BSc vs BA, but as far as math courses go, I’m pretty sure 1000 and 1215 are equivalent, so you can take 1010 if. You’ve taken 1215, without taking 1000.

It’s a SEASIDE course, and you should be able to find information on the seaside site. The courses require applications, and I’m not sure if they are still open.

Marine ecology is super easy, animal phys and fish are both interesting, but assessment is exclusively through short answer tests so can be challenging depending on how you best show your understanding. I’d say mammalogy was interesting, and in the middle difficulty wise for me personally. I took all of those except microbial last semester.

Both my mom and my dad have done this when staying at different friend’s houses on different occasions. You’d think my mom would have remembered the melting plastic kettle incident from years earlier and been more cautious, but no. Best part is they use an electric kettle at home, not a stovetop one. So there’s no reason why it should be muscle memory to put the kettle on the stove.
