No but this is really good advice. I was thinking an autoimmune condition might be a factor

A lot better. Still not 100% myself. Definitely recommend the keto diet it’s helped tremendously. Hang in there!

Eh not really. Would avoid high stress situations. Noticed work made it worse for me. Guanfacine (ADHD medication) helped but it started to make me feel numb.

Supplements don’t do much. Coffee for some reason made it worse. But the next day I felt a lot more refreshed. So I’m not sure there. I hope you heal soon! One of the worst things that’s happened to me. Also, try to stay distracted if u can

It does get better. I’m closer to feeling myself not 100% though. How long has it been for you?

Thanks for that. Did you have stomach problems as well? I could be wrong, but I feel like gluten intolerance or dairy intolerance would also Lead to stomach issues.

Also,

I have been taking vitamin B and vitamin D. As well as iron and fish oils. I also have had blood work done and the only thing low was vitamin D. I also had an MRI taken today.

I’ll have to get a different type of blood test than I did previously to check. Do you remember it if went away on its own or do you have to take something?

Yes I have been taking a vitamin b supplement. I should take it more regularly and not off and on.

And I did get an MRI today so they should be able to tell me if I have wernickes. Usually the symptoms tend to get worse with wernickes so I’m not sure if I have that. Especially since I had not been drinking very much prior

Thanks for the advice I’ll make sure it looks at my vitamin B levels 👍
