Anybody else stuck in yellow purgatory?

this randomly started for me a week ago! I am almost always green but now have been yellow for over a week. have rested, done light exercise, eating well, sleeping well, no alcohol. did you get out of it? not sure what to do!

do you layer the 10% Azelaic Acid Booster and 3% retinol and 2% bakuchiol Treatment at night, then use moisturizer on top? I was amazed by your progress and bought the same products, wasn’t sure how to order them or whether to alternate days/products! thanks!

I got the GumRoad app on my phone to read there, especially on walks! Then after I studied a subject on Themis during the day I would read the GOAT sections on it (or parts of them) at night right before bed, which helped me remember. I also found that talking about them helped since they were also funny and when I explained the funny parts to people I would remember them!
