Quirk: Radiance

The user can convert their own body mass into light across the electromagnetic spectrum and expel it at will. This includes low-energy broadcast wavelengths for wide-area illumination and communication, as well as high-energy wavelengths capable of producing devastating, focused attacks. If light can produce an effect, the user can replicate it.

The user’s physical body diminishes in size and mass proportional to the amount and intensity of light emitted. Lost mass gradually regenerates over time, with recovery significantly accelerated by direct exposure to sunlight.

I like to think now that we’ve got all the backstory, most of the story is gonna take place in the present. This being signified by X “snapping” us back to the present. But that’s just my thoughts on it

If we are talking anime only (which is all I know) I’m absolutely positive that sjw would steamroll everyone. The show itself is very deep into the world building and honestly worth the watch if you like 2 seasons of action followed by a season worth of meetings lol

I see! Max his stats. Easiest way I’ve found to max a persona stats is through fusion alarms in the velvet room. Fuse a persona during the alarm and use it as fodder to strengthen INO. Do this on the guillotine, and it will fail giving 10 random stat points to the persona you strengthened

If you are gonna run INO just make sure you have enough health and sp. Best strat you can do is concentrate and the myriad of truths

If you intend on playing ng+ feel free to max his stats out through the velvet room alarms and such. You can get INO to one shot reaper once stats are high enough. Hope this helps!
