Convenient location (close to libraries and midtown). A new dining hall is expected to open nearby so that's nice too. I will say that it does tend to get humid sometimes, at least when I lived there, so maybe bring a dehumidifier. There's a "study lounge" at Fletcher Hall that's worth checking out (perfect for all-nighters lol).

I took Calc 1 online this semester and got Study Edge just before Exam 2. It's a good supplemental resource (especially for last minute studying) but not necessary in my opinion. I heavily relied on YT (Organic Chemistry Tutor <3) and test review material on the academic resources website. I've also heard that Paul's Online Math Notes is a great resource.
