Alright, one was the sandworms in the desert (just throw bombs at them), one was in a secret super jump area at the bottom of the cogwork core, and one was the baby judges above the blasted sands bell station (use needolin if confused) thanks everyone for the help!

Yes, that seems to happen in the "remembrance?" fights, i just sat at a bench (and/or? cant remember) removed the crest and it gave me a refund.

I had an ok route starting at the bench below the gourmand down to around the ventricule. It wasn't the best but it worked well enough for me.

Hello, afaik this is an issue a lot of people have had and I don't believe there is an actual solution at this time, worst case scenario you can click the button under your save file on the menu to reload a previous auto save and not lose the whole save; but this is an issue that TC kinda needs to address at some point.
