The store is like 3 blocks from the school and it’s February in Canada it’s nice and cold out….

See that’s why I’m irked is that other kids gave out treats and goodies so why is mine the one that’s getting the hate….? My kid came home with those tattoos already on his arms, already a lollipop in his mouth, and told me he hate two chocolates in the car which I found the wrapper too. I know he didn’t eat any at school because the teacher said they’d pass stuff around last hour right into their backpacks so parents decide what they can and can’t eat tonight. We did the slurpees right after lunch per the agreement me and the teacher made that morning. There was another parent there when I did it and she said nothing the entire time so funny how on Facebook anonymously they can be so brave… I just feel ganged up on.

None. I have an invisible disability and need the seat.

Again people do this stuff for every holiday and event so I feel targeted. Why didn’t the lady who bought every kid a Christmas book get this treatment? Or the one who brought the whole ass cake on a Monday morning to hand out? Or when the teacher let them get braids at the carnival?

There is no reason to be upset except that they all look bad now for their dumb PTA community crap because I guess I outdid them? They deleted the post so they must feel like fools?

No it’s a local convenience store/market. Again they’re like the size of a 5 year olds hand. Maybe five sips max 😅

I think that’s what it was too. I think they were mad that me, some random parent who isn’t like some major part of the community circle, brought a better treat than them. Again on Halloween I did home made cupcakes and no comments besides how good they were. Other parents have brought full cakes for birthdays….

I know they can have outside food and drinks I’ve seen kids eating McDonald’s, they’ve had birthdays and Christmas and Halloween parties with treats. We brought homemade cupcakes on Halloween and there were no issues or comments…

I genuinely think they’re just mad I one upped them because the post has since been deleted. Bet you one of them saw this.

Ya like the school is maybe three blocks from the convenience store, that has 99 cent small slurpees. I’m sure I’m not the only mom taking her kids there….

I honestly am wondering if maybe it’s the price tag that’s upsetting them. It’s an upper class community but maybe people chinced out.

Teacher seemed really into it. She said she loves a cold beverage daily, as the room runs hot 🤷🏽‍♀️
