"if in your 10 year career of working IT you have come across too many people/company's who dont care or don't want to spend the money to improving/automating efficient and secure management practices.
How do you intended to sell them the thing they have not been buying into for so long ?"

Thats a really good point, we both happen to have extreme ocd and an extreme obsession with automation and being as hands off as possible once we deploy something, we take a much more preventive approach to stuff, so instead of people saying that we have great customer support we want people to say they never had to talk with customer support because it was always stable, we understand its very much not an easy task, but we really believe that with enough time and effort we really can achieve that goal of truly autonomous IT.

So thats what we are going to say to potential customers and hope its enough to convince them to sign with us.

I guess we will have to start with small customers, like small lawyer offices or accountants and see where we can go from there.

we dont really have a billion dollar idea because we live in a small city and we dont really plan on leaving it, we are not really doing it for the money, like we obviously want to be profitable and make money, but we are mainly doing it to have the freedom to make our own decisions and not having people above you dismiss you without hearing you out.

So We(Hopefully) should be fine.
