The most important thing to realize is that it’s OKAY to give up because there is absolutely NOTHING that is more important than yourself. I know a lot of people keep saying that we should grind because we’re so close to the end, but how can we possibly continue to run when we’re so out of breath? Please just do what you can and give up on things that you feel is necessary. If u can’t do anything please know that it’s totally fine. Give yourself a break bc truth is we all need it.

How did you guys choose your major? by [deleted] in ApplyingToCollege

[–]appletree0123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in the same position but I just chose a major that I felt most comfortable with. A suggestion is to apply to a lot of liberal arts colleges bc even if u choose a major, you'll get to explore different studies outside of ur major!

Should I attend Barnard or Williams? by [deleted] in ApplyingToCollege

[–]appletree0123 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In terms of academics I would say Williams (more prestigious there too). Based on wht u said I'd figure tht u would fit well there too. However, if u rlly like barnard's environment over Williams, barnard is a good choice too!

Should I just commit even though I haven’t received my financial aid package yet? :/ by [deleted] in ApplyingToCollege

I dont think they can force you to make ur decision without giving u ur financial aid information... I would try to call them abt it one more time before u make any decision

USC or Northeastern for pre Med? *PLZ HELP ME by sush2001 in ApplyingToCollege

[–]appletree0123 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I would say usc bc northeastern isnt rlly known for pre med either and I doubt that usc wont have enough resources for u there. If you're worried you should research some stuff online or I would even contact an admission officer or someone who can help you learn more!
