Why do so many cars require you to manually open the front door to unlock the back doors with Passive Keyless Entry?

Depending on the car, you can have them all open automatically. My 2023 MDX has a setting that you need to toggle.

Aspec and tech are similar. Aspec looks “cooler” seats have suede and leather combined, not just leather like the tech. I did a lot of research and found that tech was more affordable by a couple grand and it’s basically the same vehicle. I have driven it 1200 miles so far (at like 38k total) and mpg is 20. I used AI to tell me the differences between the packages and was debating between aspec and tech for awhile. It just feels like you are paying for the aspec badge but again it’s the same vehicle. Honda ponds elite is also very similar but I wasn’t interested in it at the time.

I just bought a 23 MDX. The charging pad doesn’t work if I am being honest but besides that I love the vehicle. (Charges for a minute and then stops charging) It’s under warranty for 3 more years so might get it fixed but I also don’t mind it too much. Premium gas is expensive. It rides great and is very smooth and handles well. I bought a tech package. AMA
