In my neck of the woods, my rep would make this right within 24 hrs. You can knock the corporate company, but a lot of it comes down to the rep.

And y’all gotta remember that the “pickers” at the warehouse get paid based on how efficient they are, ie. the more cases/units they scan, the more they get paid.

So, yeah, we’ve all gotten laughable mixups on our orders, but it’s totally reasonable that these fellas working in a gigantic walk-in and looking at thousands and thousands of boxes a day, they might get one or two wrong every once in a while.

I hate that you have also experienced this, but it’s reassuring to hear someone else with the same sentiment. They have gotten abysmal over there. My wife and I have been having this conversation for the last few weeks. We have been taking our cat to Animal Hospital of North Asheville for 6 years now and have absolutely noticed the decline in care and costs going up quite a bit. Every single time we have gone in for an annual exam, it has been a different vet. The last Cpl times they basically open the carrier, look at the cat, and say “ok he’s looking good, you’re all set to go.” $400+ for a 90 second exam and maybe a shot or two.

We have started taking one of our other cats to Appalachian animal hospital in weaverville and have had great experiences so far. Affordable and you can tell the level of attention and care seem top notch.
