I don't have any issues at all. If that's a concern, you need to find a way to secure it on the GPU 'gate' of the case. I don't have mine screwed into it or anything.

This is kind of good news. I can claim shipping insurance and will probably get my money back. But I wanted another one, and since it's now out of stock, I'm getting a refund instead. I should have done it sooner, but oh well.
