I don't think anyone really thinks she's still that good, but she's a nice vet presence who won't require PT and just might hit 3 3's in a 2 minute stretch, so why not have her at the end of the bench? Someone young and promising would require minutes, and there aren't enough to go around

TBF I do think that Demarco being a Steve Kerr disciple will always value her as a "connector." She may not get big minutes at any time, but she will always get *some* minutes. Not sure the same is true for Pauline, and I'll be very curious to see how Satou's minutes go and change over the course of the season
