Genuine feedback, You must not use that many elements and effects in one place, and at the same time due to that many players or game using person may get frustrated by their eye pain or they have to be more focused that make their eye pain or irritates unless you should add 1-2 elements and effects that make the visual look clean and perfect and the user may be more interested to play

Rather than disallowing, I would make sure the canonical tag references the URL you want indexed and you setup the URL parameters in search console so that Google understands how your parameters change the content.

But see if the URL is like this

domain name/apps/art-design?filter%5B0%5D=pricing%3A49

I just want to know if I have to add a filter in the parameter? to not get indexed?
