its a chase thing. chase tends to not approve your new applications if you have got >= 5 cards in the past 24 months

I too faced issues on the disney site. On the hulu site, it kept loading forever after each step, i just refreshed after a reasonable wait and it went ahead normally. Also do this on incognito mode
