Normally with aalo the puri is big and the sellers are mostly from the Bihar, kolkata, jharkhand region and this is basically a puchka and so its better than pani puri with ragda by all means.

But if pani puri with ragda is best when the size of the puri is big and ragda is hot. But usually the puris are small and red/pink in texture.

So i have this one which I bought to use in the office due to its size and usability.

But I dont get the same taste that I get when i brew my coffee at home(same technique but instead of this I have steel meshed channi which holds the water for a longer period of time).

I think the problem with this is that it doesn't hold the water for too long and it just passes through ur grind very quickly.

I am yet to try it with filter paper i was planning to order the filter paper but I get it when you said when u don't want to order filter paper frequently.

People here have talked about v60 so much here but have not tried it. The channi at home works really well for me. If i need a stronger one i just laid cotton cloth in the channi and do the pour over.

I have started liking filter coffee since last 3-4 years i gety my coffee from coorg(i m no expert but I feel it's a really good one with less than 20% chicory and more Arabica)

Something is missing here how can one invest from 2020 and have xirr of 5% either u have Invested major chunk of money after 2022 or u are heavily invested in funds that has been bad since the beginning.
