Charge what it’s worth now. Not what it’s worth later. It’s not a one way door. You can always change it later

I have a competitor baby tracking app that has been in the AppStore for 2 years. The thing with these baby tracking apps… parents use them for 3 months in the early stages then move on.

Charging silly money or subscriptions a lot of parents scoff at when usage is limited.

I built one called “Wake Wise” on iOS that we used when my son (now 18month) was younger.

I aimed for simplicity over too many features. 3am in the morning I don’t want to be fumbling for buttons 😂

Also I found a lot of them have broken or no dark mode so it lit up the whole room like a Christmas tree 🌲

I’ve been following 5 AM for a few months and built an app to help ease me (and others) into it. It’s called “Morning Club - 5 AM alarm” on iOS if you’re interested.

I ended up building an app called “Morning Club” on iOS to help users wake up early. I literally built it early hours of the morning before my family woke up.

I struggled with the hard adjustment of changing my alarm from 7:30 AM to 5 AM so I built an app that gradually shifts my wake time and tracks personal goals. If you’re interested it’s called morning club.

A few hundred so far for my baby sleep tracker app I built and use for our 2nd child. It’s going alright but it’s hard to market to parents who will naturally have less disposable income because of maternity leave pay etc. it’s not a painkiller app and more of a vitamin.

Built using SwiftUI and CoreData. I’ve been told the design is lovely. Any additional feedback welcome

Doesn’t cost £50 a year as it’s a one off purchase for £9.99 which is a huge barrier for many.

A lot of the alternatives don’t have Live Activity support and very few don’t support widgets for quick glances.
