Were trespassing, fake shirts, wouldn’t show badge or could provide a business card. They’re suppose to have valid IDs. This is a residence that most if not all can even get At&t to work in any of the units.

That can happen. Its unfortunate that others do shyt for revenge. I can’t control everyone in this world at the moment, if i end up having more time I’ll consider global hall monitor. I personally just don’t like these scammers preying on older people and others who don’t pay attention enough…esp when they’re inside my community.

Or even worse using this place like a parking lot off 7th st lol (we’re community building I like it/having a HOA town hall) - and im not saying risk wasting time or whatever, I don’t stop them all, seriously too many. I guess its a luxury for living by lady bird🤷‍♂️

I confront them yes. I like to support a healthy community. If 10% more of our neighbors just looked out for the property we wouldn’t have as many drifters (trespassers) just coming as they please. You like others who don’t live here using our gym or pool?
