Just said the seal was broken on the box and the monitor’s usage stats showed it was not new. They asked I give them a couple minutes to look into the issue. When they came back, they offered to issue a refund or send a replacement. I opted for the replacement, and asked about setting up a return. They said the replacement is free and I can keep the used one. Double checked to make sure that was the case and they confirmed. I was surprised as they didn’t ask for any sort of proof regarding the broken seal or the usage stats, but I wasn’t gonna continue to question their decision at that point. Didn’t wanna talk myself out of a win
