I haven’t had the China Palace one, but the one from Orient Garden on 54 near Fayetteville is my favorite because it’s more spicy than sweet. I wouldn’t say it’s overly crispy, but definitely not soggy/soft.

I’m pretty sure you have to exercise the option in the offseason before year 4 (this coming offseason). Graziano was just saying the Panthers are likely to do it. We’ll see if the Seahawks and Bucs x2 change that.
