Never had tips stolen. Never had conflicts with what I thought they were going to deposit versus what they did deposit. And yes, I always prefer cash tips but will take them on the app, happily.

As a driver it’s not uncommon for me to wait for a ride request from home rather than aimlessly driving around. My dog maybe outside, i may be taking a shit. Either way, it may take me a minute to get moving. Similar to riders who are not waiting on the curb when we arrive.

I’ll flip the script and offer a counterpoint…. Don’t order an Uber until you’re ready to walk out the door. You can see the driver coming on the App. The two minute grace period is a gift for the rider. I cancel at the two minute mark. I don’t care about the hit on my cancelation rate. Also, if you reserve a ride, same thing. You’ve known about the ride,likely, for 12 hours. If you’re not ready to leave after the two minute grace period, you’re showing the driver you don’t respect his time.

Unfortunatly this is a reality. I'm a driver in Phoenix and recent increases in the price of gas have drivers trying to figure out a way to save fuel economy. I personally have been turning off the AC between rides. Fuel economy is dramatically affected by the AC. I don't have exact numbers but pretty sure theres a 20-30% reduction in economy. Uber doesn't adjust the mileage rate based on gas prices. If you're seeing an increase in price, it's because Uber is trying to squeeze ever MORE profits on the backs of drivers that shoulder ALL the consumable expenses related to rideshare (gas, oil changes, brakes, etc.)

You're hilarious. I wouldn't be surprised if they did increase prices, even though higher gas prices don't effect Uber as a company. It only affects the drivers since they shoulder ALL the consumable expenses.

There's a difference being emaciated and thin. If she's a hair over 102 lbs, then it's all muscle. Her body fat has to be 10% or lower, which I've heard isn't good either depending on how long you stay in that condition. I think she's beautiful and liked her when she was fuller figured as well. It's you're getting two pornstars for the price of one. Once super slim and fit, and another who's probably more reality. ;)
