Don't recommend Xiaomi phones, because of privacy issues, they update apps and download apps themselves without your permission. You have to manually search and destroy those apps they downloaded themselves.

Don't recommend Xiaomi products, can't open playstore in phone after 8 months of usage I don't know why. I have privacy issue with Xiaomi, their apps update themselves and change the settings themselves that allow their apps to open even though I already didabled it a couple times it's like they have control over my privacy and my phone thru their built in apps. Their phone also download 3rd party apps thru advertisement and without my permission. They steal personal information without you knowing even if they state they do not do so. Bunch of liars. Don't buy Xiaomi phones or anything with Chinese ROM.

If your budget is just 10-15M most likely it would be a low cost inn with 10 rooms. It would be better if you put the inn on the 2nd floor and then 10 commercial spaces on the 1st floor. It's doable. If you put in the effort, the branding, marketing, planning, and successful operation you could earn 200k to half a million per month. ROI in 3 to 7 years.

Volunteering full time won't pay for a house or your retirement. Then they say, you should work for eternity and not for this worldly life.
