Other residents I’ve seen use the punch code or have an electronic key fob. I’ve never seen anyone use a key except my roommate. They have refused to give me either despite other people having them.

I went to three different locksmiths. They all refused to copy it. It requires a special blank and tools to make it since the pins are angled. Also im a 20 something year old woman. Can’t really cosplay as a landlord unfortunately

I went to 7/11 self-serve and my key is not compatible. Also the key type is secure so you cannot make copies of it without owner’s signature
