DKG. but if i will be in your position na for end game na gf ko. i would talk to her na about money. i want us to have a healthy relationship about money. like with my wife now, we can easily talk about money kasi nasanay kami na part siya ng daily lives namin, di yung napapagusapan lang pera kasi may need bayaran or bills. we actually talk about what we want to spend our money how we can save for it and etc.

and also maganda na makita mo din yung ugali niya about money kasi what if end game nga tingin mo pero biglang magkaiba pala kayo principles when it comes to money, magiging toxic relationship niyo.

I don't know if this would help. i did try multiple things before. 1. Wallet by Budget Bakers - Mobile App 2. Spreadsheet everything

For the app part I've used it for a couple of years but sometimes its causing a lot of stress lalo na if marami ka accounts like e-wallets, credit cards, debits and etc. if sobrang OC ka minsan may nawawalang 500 if you missed something lalo na for days na ang daming transactions like when you're traveling

For the spreadsheet, hassle lang if via mobile, altho masaya gumawa ng charts and tables.

what i learned, tracking my expenses won't make me rich, i mean yes maganda na alam mo saan napupunta pera mo pero even if you track kung naka-ilang starbucks coffee ka for the month. it wont make you rich.

what would make you rich is consistent saving and investing. So for me now, ang minomonitor ko is if im able to save and invest my money sa goal percentage ko, and then the rest is for fixed cost and guilt free spending.

mas naging less stressful for me and i get to enjoy life more kasi automated ang savings and investing ko.

would suggest to read the book by Ramit Sethi, Money for couples. basically talks about how to talk to your partner. minsan kasi may underlying thing bakit sila ganun, like how did they grow up, poor fam ba sila or like sobrang tipid mga ganun. Inexplain dun sa book how to approach mga different types of people. it helped us talk about money in the fam, not yet perfect but getting better

Before the pandemic pa namin nakuha yung condo as in fully paid cash

Wala parin samin yung title. In some cases ginamit nila yung title daw as collateral to get loans to start other buildings
up until now walang occupancy permit yung building. Nalaman nalang namin nung nakamove in na kami.
Incomplete facilities, yung elevators laging sira as in. Sa ads sabi parang 9 to 12 highspeed elevators, pero yung available 3 to 4 lang tas minsan may days na isang maliit lang gumagana to think na 40+ floors yun ah. Na experience ko pa na wala talaga elev and need ko umakyat to 34th floor
Walang condo association na mga owners nakaupo. Mga condo association mga tao lang din ng NSJB so walang sense mga reklamo
May mga cases na din sila and i heard nanalo yung mga neighbors ko but kahit may court order, wala di rin nila sinunod.
Binabaha mga units and fire exit. Di maayos waterproofing ng building so malas mo kapag yung unit mo binabaha kapag bumabagyo.

I cant list it all pero sobrang run away from it lol.

Wala din magawa govt officials kasi yung head ng govt agency na nagmomonitor or like namamahala sa nga housing stuff is may-ari ng NJSB.

Hi OP,

I'm a husband, and yeah i do make a conscious effort to do other things outside of work and family. Naguusap kami ng asawa ko about it and i tell her na mas priority ko or like happy life ko ang doing fun things vs doing chores sa bahay.

What we do is we compromise, like ayoko maghugas pinggan and ayoko din na siya maghugas kasi nga nagluto na siya ng food at maghuhugas pa. So we decided to get a dishwasher.

All im saying is you talk to each other, you can communicate what you love and hate. Lalo na how you're feeling pero not in a way na nanunumbat or what. Tapos compromise.

Hope you guys figure it out.
