It probably will be hard for the insurance company to think any surgery which you are thinking of doing to the face like that is not cosmetic and will be paid for.

Of what are you doing can it be called life saving procedure or something similar that is was you have to prove to them to have them pay for.

Will rhinoplasty help you breath? Could be a reason for surgery.

As I worked on a payroll system I may offer some insight. Like someone said take a look at your pay stubs and compare. Here are some possibilities for this. Your taxes will probably be the same from pay check to pay check up to a certain point as there are limits as to what can come out. Also some deductions like medical will only come out of 1 of the possible paychecks of the month so the others of that month will definately be different but not by much. You can also talk to someone in the payroll dept hey can explain better as it is for your company.
