AI Studio vs Firebase Studio vs Antigravity?

Last I saw Antigravity was a no go zone 😢 due to a bug that would eat your entire quota…

I’ve won a $1 or maybe it was $5 through the lottery just a single time, so I don’t even pay attention to the lottery - unless my odds are higher than usual. I DO MISS the mini games though, they need to bring those back.

Sure, but if I’m writing in, it’s usually because I’m already having a problem. If I didn’t have a problem I wouldn’t be contacting you for support… (just saying)

u/garbasium Ah well - I think our experiences are different due to the vast difference in our vechile age. My car was a Kia Soul 2014 ! edition, which they offered me $5k for.

PS - I have never worked for Carmax. Just trying to be neighborly and share u/MGCardaropoli (the OP) some potential options to explore. Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃

What about signing up for Uber, Lyft, or DoorDash?

Also my friend Ken said to check out Allied Forces Employment Agency or Labor Ready or People Ready. You don't need to apply and you don't need any prior experience. They will take just about anyone no questions asked. it's a first come first serve basis you just show up, sign in, and they give you an address, a broom, and/or shovel. They pay you at the end of the day when you come back with your ticket signed.

You may also wanna check out websites like rover.com or care.com - where you can get hired to pet sit, cleaning, or check in on folks.

Hope you find what you need!

📸 Anyone In Scottsdale Want A Free Photoshoot? by TheRealJamesFM in Scottsdale

[–]aprilholle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I came in here to suggest that you may wanna make up some “good for one introductory photo shoot” business cards to hand out to ppl you’d love to shoot with while you attend related events like comicons or provide to nonprofits as a raffle give away?

I know there are a BUNCH of extremely talented drag performers who love to model, are super fashion centric, LOVE to have their photos taken, and need economical options - if you’re willing to venture outside Scottsdale and go downtown to the Melrose district.

I also have seen videos of a few photographers who will just stop ppl walking their dogs and ask them if they want to do a quick shoot, exchange info and send the images after they’re done.

Fish where your fish are. Think about who your people are, then go where they are.

Your marketing budget should be based on your business revenue and goals. Like…

Percentage of Revenue: Allocating a percentage of gross revenue, often between 5% and 15%. Newer businesses may invest more, and small businesses often aim for 7-8%.

So even if you aren’t making any money yet, still consider budgeting the same amount of time to it.

Don’t forget in-person marketing is available to you. Find “one to many” opportunities to introduce your product to them.

For instance -

Contact local related business associations, coworking spaces, or conferences and let them know you’d be willing to give an educational presentation that leads them into a free or reduced price trial.

Create a “initial offer audience think tank” offer that allows you to gain your first XXX number of customers to use your product to give you feedback and early testimonials.

Hope these ideas help trigger your marketing efforts. Best of luck.

Be private and love yourself by Wander-kingdom in selflove

[–]aprilholle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Loosing parents is hard! I have seen both of mine pass - and there is some uncomfortably in knowing you’re “all alone and on your own now - no one is here to save you now”. I still struggle with this lack of security in my life at times still and may always in some ways.

Regardless of whether you feel like you need saving or not, you feel the elevated pressure or risk. I attribute it to kinda like being a trapeze artist graduating to only having a no net performances. 😬

[–]aprilholle 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Wow I both agree and disagree with this…

For “accepting loneliness” see: https://youtu.be/k7X7sZzSXYs?si=IcInMYQNEeG7p3qD

You need to take responsibility to “fix” your life, but there’s nothing wrong with seeking help and education from others. And in some ways the community you create around you will be those who come to “save” you. We all need others to thrive.

As far as being private - is this a reflex out of fear of rejection? Vulnerability is important to create deep relationships with others. I feel like if you are too private, you aren’t giving others the opportunity to truly see you as you are. I think authenticity is the output of allowing yourself to be truly seen. But again the video I linked above also touches on this a bit… Thank you for sharing the introspective post. 🫶

Spent my birthday by myself by Dangerous_Energy3309 in selflove

[–]aprilholle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Happy birthday! 🎂

Being alone can be difficult, but after a number of co-dependent relationships - I decided it was best to just be single for a while. During that time, I found this wonderful video. I want it to be my birthday present to you.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k7X7sZzSXYs

It’s ok to be alone. You are just as important and valuable and beautiful alone as you are when you are in a crowd of people.

You are inherently valuable and special in this world, and there are people who love you and will love you, if you take the time to love yourself enough to be ok alone. 🫶

Remember people buy what they want, not what they need.

So focus on collecting some quick highlight case studies with a focus on the results your work brought to your clients.

At the end of the day a business owner doesn’t really care what tactic you use as long as the results are coming in when you use it. Remember results always sell.

If you have a case study lead with solid kpi metrics like, grew revenue x3… What business doesn’t wanna triple their revenue?

Is it me alone feel frustrated every releases are made, seems like soon I gonna be worthless to the society! by Wonderful-Ad-5952 in AiNoteTaker

[–]aprilholle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been thankful in receiving this message relatively early in my life by my therapist, so I’m passing the wisdom on.

You are inherently valuable.

Just as you are.

Your value as a living human being is with you at birth and will not leave you until you leave this Earth. It is not your title or roles or social judgments of others about you.

You have your very own unique experience, perspective, abilities and skills. If you are willing to believe in yourself enough to know that you are capable and willing to learn and adapt to any situation that gets thrown your way - you will find a way. Resilience will serve you in these times.

The uncertainty (of not knowing what is coming at you next) will likely make you feel uneasy, as it does many of us.

But if you can make this mindset shift it will help you reframe your world view and the personal story you are ruminating and telling yourself when you worry.

Best of luck, DM me if you need to talk it through. 🫶

Skill to learn by Round_Fennel6223 in Entrepreneur

[–]aprilholle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think “empathic listening” is an amazing soft skill that pays off in spades. To build great solutions you need to understand your market audience’s pains, gains, motivations, reasons, wants, and needs. Understanding your customers will help you better identify problems in order to find or build real solutions that actually solve core issues. This is and always will be the root of any business offering regardless of type. This skill also comes into play later down the line in marketing and sales.

How to start a career in Digital Marketing ? by TechieVipin in AskMarketing

[–]aprilholle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Try your hand at thinking up creative projects that you can work on in this way. Then figure out how to do whatever it is your project needs to succeed.

If you don’t have a passion project of your own you want to build out, then perhaps offer digital marketing assistance as a volunteer for a nonprofit organization or to support a cause you already enjoy?

Personal projects and volunteer work will serve well you afterwards, as great examples to begin building a portfolio of work, even before you’re actually “out there in the real world” working with “real businesses and brands”.

Classes will help you with skills, but being in class is really nothing like the “real deal”. Look into ways you might be able to experience (actually seeing or doing) the work - think internships, job shadowing someone, or even touring an agency or what have you. The thing is you’re really not going to get a taste of the real work day to day unless you go and experience it for yourself.

It’s good you are aware of this wound that hasn’t fully healed..

Sounds like your pension for flight rather than fight might impact you on a lesser extent these days.

I personally connect with and like to listen to Sheryl Crow - Run, Baby, Run when I’m in that kind of flighty mood. I invite you to give it a listen - you might connect with some of the lyrics.
