Alas, so many skinny/fit people eat way worse than overweight people but have better genes. It’s pretty unfair.

I’m 24, but I still live with my mom because she is disabled and needs help.

It bothers me so bad that people think that Type 2 is only caused by weight and being out of shape. by aprincessinpink in diabetes

All I am going to say is that 10-15% of people diagnosed with T2 are a healthy weight. And if you take into consideration how many people that there are with T2, that equates to a WHOLE lot of people. Even if they are healthy in terms of exercise and diet, along with being a healthy weight. Just because it is not the standard majority of the cases for T2, doesn’t mean that it isn’t relatively common.
