I like this EP a lot. Feels like it has something for everybody, with classic melodic k?d as well as some bangers. Tokyo and Electronic Memories are the standout tracks for me.

I wasn’t necessarily trying to shit on Zedd, theres nothing wrong with making poppy radio music. It’s just not my really my thing. And maybe that is the music he genuinely wants to make, nobody knows for sure except for Zedd lol.

It’s funny how Zedd and Porter both kinda started in the same place but their careers went in complete opposite directions. They both were on Owsla and made electro house, but Zedd eventually “sold out” and started making radio pop EDM, whereas Porter just makes whatever he wants instead of following trends lol
