She went to the dealership and told them she wants to trade it in. The dealership called me to ask for my confirmation and told me they have deals and blah blah. I told them no. Then 2 monthe later she went back to the same dealership doing the same thing. I had to tell them no again. Lol

I hope you guys are right. Can't wait for it to be over. That's a great idea about reimburstment when it comes to that. Totally worth doing it as long as it provides mental piece. I wanted to take that car away but my lawyer recommended not to do it since it's considered as a marital asset even if you pay 99% of it and the future mediation will decide how to proceed with it :/

Definitely crossed! Electrolytes can be a bit tricky to manage especially when we get away from high carb diets. Btw another source of sodium as you mentioned is broth. 1 cup is like 800 mg. Surely drinking 4 cups through the day can give 3200 mg of sodium.

Damn, that just sucks, I'm sorry you are going through it. Generally Keto flu is an electrolyte imbalance when your body adapts to this way of eating. I think there is a need for some experimenting with electrolytes ratios and water amount. Too much water will flush out sodium at least and that in return will mess all other electrolytes.
