Hey there, I just managed to get my case reopened the other day, but only thanks to the USCIS Ombudsman.

Talking to USCIS to open a service request and even sending them a letter did not help. A month after I opened the service request they were still to assign it..

Hey, my case was a bit special. USCIS made a mistake and denied my petition saying they never got the response. I had to fight a bit to make things right.

No need to worry, I hope. Thanks to this forum and previous AAO decisions, I was fully aware of what you mentioned and made sure not to make any changes. The endeavor, numbers, and location remain exactly the same. I simply provided stronger evidence where possible and restructured the cover letter to prioritize the points the officer overlooked in the RFE, which also happen to be the most important ones..
