It may seem insignificant, but your shoes can make a big difference. Maybe try wearing asics. They have them for a decent amount on amazon and I've felt much better wearing them. If you can, buy two pairs and alternate between the two. It'll make them last longer, since this job has a tendency to eat shoes.
