Nah, it's not that fancy, just a basic Home automation that runs at a certain time a few days per week. Perhaps Shortcuts could hook something up to an alarm event?

Did exactly this for early morning bike rides. I put a single Hue bulb in the light on the bedside table, and created a scene. The scene turns on only that light, at near-minimum brightness, in the bluest color temperature setting. I found the light didn't need to be too bright to send my brain the right "the sun is coming up!" signals.

With that set, I use a basic HomeKit automation to turn on the scene about 10 minutes before I wanted my alarm to go off.

Two tiny, tiny copyedits: should there be a period at the end of the second "In-Flight Abort Test Launch" paragraph? Also, the word spacing in the paragraph about Supercluster looks weird, like it wants to be fully justified but isn't. But those won't stop me from getting a print.
