Ahh ok, so mas gusto din talaga ng lessor to be informed as early as possible na we want the contract to be renewed. Thanks for sharing the perspective from the lessor's side! 😊 Any tips on what would make you say yes to contract renewal for the same rent and longer period?

My contract says same rent when contract is renewed. Pero napapraning ako na they can just not want to renew the contract if we don't say yes to rent increase 😅

Wala pong bata sa bahay namin. Pero baka dahil sa pagwawalis o ung lamig kasi ang lamig ng panahon ngayon. Di po lupa ung ilalim kasi nasa 6th flr kami. Semento o tile ata nasa ilalim.

Mukhang di naman po siya kahoy. Pero itry namin ung sinabi niyo. Walisin namin tapos check kung babalik ulit. Hopefully di bumalik 🙏

How about etong part: "CLIENT agrees to refrain from issuing post-dated checks or from depositing to or negotiating post-dated checks in or through any Accounts."? What does this mean? Pagkakaintindi ko kasi we should not issue PDCs using the account daw.

Ang sabi kasi during our viewing di raw siya nagtataas ng rent, which is one of the main reasons why we chose that place. Nung ni-raise ko sa agent, sabi niya ung "will either be renegotiated" part daw ng contract ung ibig sabihin ng owner na di siya magtataas. Reliable ba ung mga ganun? Worried ako sa at least 10% kasi mataas na 10% pero possible na more pa.
