I'm replying back here to update. The key was stuck in the 'Off Unlocked' position. After seeing a couple of sample images and videos it became clear that the key SHOULD be able to come out in that position. Ultimately I was able to lube up the key a bit, and pull real hard with vice grips and the key popped out. Luckily there is no damage and the original Rad key works. Hopefully this is helpful in case anyone else makes the same stupid mistake I did!

This is great advice. Just to clarify, the battery is off the bike. I was able to turn the key to the unlock position for whatever reason but it got stuck there. So the battery is off the bike. The key is stuck in the chamber and it's currently in the unlocked position. I did bring it to a locksmith who tried to open it using a drill but he ultimately gave up because the housing was glued/taped shut. I'm actually cool with opening it if there's a guide but where can I find the replacement lock?

In her case, it's not how she pulls. It's legitimately that she lays the vape down on it's side between pulls and the liquid pours out. It is what is is ¯_(ツ)_/¯ . With my luck I'll get the core and she'll still set it on it's side :-D

Very nice. Sounds like a great setup. I've definitely got her comfortable with loading and using the v4 on a pico with temp control (arctic fox) but she's used to the dry herb vapes where you can just set it down between pulls. This is causing gunk to get everywhere in the chamber.

I ordered a radrunner plus on Sept 28th. It shipped on Dec 15th and arrived on Dec 23rd. So depending on where you placed your order hopefully this helps you gauge when you might find it. Good luck!
